TANNAT ROSE SAIGNEE

יקב Bodega Cerro Chapeu שבצפון אורוגוואי, סמוך לגבול ברזיל, הוקם ב-1975 על ידי משפחת קאראו. היקב מתאפיין במבנה ייחודי הבנוי בתוך גבעה, המאפשר ייצור יין בשיטה טבעית ללא משאבות. הכרמים משתרעים על 35 הקטרים של אדמות חול אדום עשירות בברזל, ומגדלים בהם זנים כמו טנאט, קברנה סוביניון ושרדונה. היקב ידוע במיוחד ביינות הטנאט שלו ומציע סיורים מודרכים וטעימות.

Bodega Cerro Chapeu, located in northern Uruguay near the Brazilian border, was founded in 1975 by the Carrau family. The winery features a unique hilltop structure enabling gravity-flow winemaking. Its 35 hectares of red sandy soils are home to grape varieties such as Tannat, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chardonnay. Renowned for its Tannat wines, the winery offers guided tours and tastings.
