ROSATO NEGROAMARO
A special pink color between bright coral and salmon, with a pleasant texture. The nose is intriguing, transitioning from cherries and blackberries to Mediterranean herbs and slight hints of iodine. On the palate, it is pleasantly full, almost creamy, fresh, yet deliciously savory and warm.
Recommendation: Perfect with first courses of Salento’s culinary tradition, especially dishes featuring local Mediterranean vegetables.
