צבע רובי אדום עם גווני גרנט עדינים, מבריק ושקוף. מבנה צפוף, ניחוח עוצמתי עם רמזים בלסמיים, עץ ארז, ליקריץ ופירות בשלים בעלי עיסה כהה. טעמו מלא וכמעט קרמי, עם נימה מרעננת ומלוחה נעימה.
המלצת הגשה: מתאים במיוחד למנות ראשונות עשירות ולכל סוגי הבשרים מהמטבח הים-תיכוני.

Negroamaro DOP
Ruby red with subtle garnet reflections, bright and transparent. Dense structure with a powerful nose featuring balsamic hints, cedar wood, licorice, and ripe dark-fleshed fruit. Full, almost creamy taste on the palate, complemented by a fresh, savory flavor.
Recommendation: Pairs excellently with hearty first courses and all types of Mediterranean-style meats.
