צבע רובי כהה ועשיר עם גוונים שחורים קטיפתיים. ניחוח עוצמתי של פרי בשל עסיסי עם עיסת פרי שחור. שילוב טעים של תבלינים עם נגיעות מרירות-מתיקות ארוג בהרמוניה ומשחרר ניחוח פירותי קסום. הטעם חמים, בעל רעננות נעימה ומרקם יבש.
המלצת הגשה: מתאים במיוחד לפרוסות דקות של בשר או לכל סוגי המנות הבשריות המבושלות ברוטב עגבניות.
