PETIT CHABLIS

Petit Chablis is a sub-region of the Chablis wine region in Burgundy, France. These wines are made from Chardonnay grapes and represent the entry-level category of Chablis wines. They are characterized by a delicate minerality, refreshing acidity, and aromas of green apple, lemon, and white flowers. Petit Chablis is produced on soils that are less rich in chalk compared to the other sub-regions of Chablis, giving the wines a light and fresh character. These wines are best enjoyed young and pair wonderfully with seafood, fish, and fresh salads.
