PRIMITIVO D.O.P. MANDURIA 
יין אדום רובי בעל גוף מלא ומבנה מורכב. ניחוח ים-תיכוני בלתי ניתן לטעות: ארומה אינטנסיבית של דובדבן שחור, תבלינים של קפה, רמזים לחרובים וטבק מתוק השזורים בהרמוניה. ניחוחות של זית שחור וטימין משלימים את הבוקה. הטעם מלא, עוטף, רענן עם קו מלוח אלגנטי. מאוזן היטב בחום ובטאנינים, קל לשתייה למרות מבנהו המורכב.
המלצת הגשה: מתאים למנות בשר מסורתיות כמו "בומבטה" מבשר בקר, מנות בשר ברוטב עגבניות, או מתכון פרמזן חצילים קלאסי.

PRIMITIVO D.O.P. MANDURIA
A ruby red wine with a full body and complex structure. Displays an unmistakable Mediterranean aroma: an intense nose of black cherry, spiciness of coffee, hints of carob, and sweet tobacco harmoniously interwoven. Notes of black olive and thyme complete the bouquet. On the palate, it is full, pleasantly enveloping, refreshingly savory, and elegant. Well-balanced warmth and tannins make it easy to drink despite its complexity.
Recommendation: Ideal with traditional local meat rolls called "Bombette" (little bombs) made with beef, meat cooked in tomato sauce, or classic eggplant parmigiana.
