שאבלי (Chablis) הוא אזור יין יוקרתי בצפון חבל בורגון, צרפת, הידוע ביינות הלבנים המעודנים שלו המיוצרים באופן בלעדי מזן ענבי השרדונה. היינות מתאפיינים במינרליות גבוהה, חומציות רעננה וניחוחות של תפוח ירוק, הדרים ופרחים לבנים. אזור שאבלי נחשב ייחודי בשל הקרקעות העשירות בקירטון ושרידים ימיים, המעניקים ליינות את אופיים המובחן. שאבלי כולל ארבע רמות איכות: פטיט שאבלי, שאבלי, פרמייר קרו וגראן קרו, כאשר היינות הגבוהים ביותר מתאפיינים במורכבות ובפוטנציאל יישון מרשים.

Chablis is a prestigious wine region in northern Burgundy, France, renowned for its refined white wines made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes. The wines are characterized by high minerality, refreshing acidity, and aromas of green apple, citrus, and white flowers. Chablis is unique due to its chalky, fossil-rich soils, which impart a distinctive character to the wines. The region features four quality levels: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Premier Cru, and Grand Cru, with the highest tiers offering exceptional complexity and aging potential.
