סרסואולו די ויטוריה, שהוא ה-DOCG היחיד בסיציליה. מתוך הכרה בחשיבות הרבה של אזור זה, נטענו כרמים של ענבי פראפטו ונרו ד'אבלה באזורים הגבוהים ביותר שלנו, עם כרמים המגיעים עד לגובה של 400 מטר. הקרקעות העשירות בחימר ותצוגת הנוף המרשימה יוצרים סביבה אידיאלית לגידול שני הזנים, המשתלבים יחד בנשמתו של יין הסרסואולו די ויטוריה שלנו.

Our company is partially located within the Cerasuolo di Vittoria area, the only DOCG in Sicily. Recognizing the importance and prestige of this region, we planted vineyards of Frappato and Nero d’Avola in the highest areas of our estate, with vineyards reaching elevations of up to 400 meters. The clay-rich soils and stunning landscapes create the perfect habitat for cultivating these two varieties, which harmoniously blend into the soul of our Cerasuolo di Vittoria.
