צבע צהוב קש בהיר עם מבנה נאה. ניחוח מושך עם ארומות של פירות צהובים כמו אננס ומשמש, שקדים ונגיעות פרחוניות מתוקות של שיטה. ניתן להבחין בנימה מלוחה ברורה המזכירה מלח ים. הטעם רענן, מעט בלסמי ומלוח, בהתאם לבוקה.
המלצת הגשה: אידיאלי למנות מבוססות ים ודגים מומלחים.

Bright straw-yellow color with appreciable structure. Very attractive on the nose with aromas of yellow fruits like pineapple and apricot, almonds, and sweet floral hints of acacia. A clear savory sea salt note is evident. The taste is fresh, slightly balsamic, and savory, consistent with its bouquet.
Recommendation: Ideal for sea-based dishes such as linguine with sea urchins and salted fish.
