Composition of varieties
White wine in contact with skins: 90% Trebbiano with 10% Petit Manseng skins.

Cerro Chapao, Rivera, Uruguay. At an altitude of 250 meters above sea level, with a continental climate and significant temperature differences between day and night.
Soil profile
Soils of alluvial origin, originating from volcanic materials that were washed away over millions of years, creating deep red deposits rich in iron, with excellent drainage.

Manually harvested in 15 kg boxes.
Production process
The Trabiano clusters are separated and placed in tanks, where they are kept in contact with their skins and Petit Manseng skins for 3 months. Fermentation is carried out with selected natural yeasts. The wine is then bottled with minimal manipulation to preserve its freshness, using minimal SO2.
